We got screwed royally here ... got charged an extra month and they say NO REFUNDS ... paid a deposit on the gate cards and again NO REFUNDS. The druggie desk clerk is easily confused and thinks she is funny and does not know how to use the company computer - she was easily confused. We lost $144.19 here. There are better deals almost anywhere else.

I would never ever rent from these guys again and I have when did there a few times. They do not know the laws, the rules, or the regulations about storage unit ownership or the walk that they themselves are bound by. I would like to see somebody find out who owns the place without going to the lni website and verifying this business. At the state's website oh, you can find out if they're paying taxes , if you're there you can report them if you have had issues in the past with these guys. Also, it would be irresponsible of me if I did not tell you that at least one of the employees carries a sidearm there while at work both inside of the office and outside in the storage area. Since his storage unit location is so close to houses and Roads , I'm pretty sure the hunting is not allowed at the complex so I can only think of a few other reasons to carry a gun while you're there. You're either renting a storage unit that is located in a unsafe unfriendly hostile environment, or, you are scared of your customer base and feel threatened by them because , else is allowed behind a locked gate besides your customers to whom they have issued gate codes to get into said security gate unless it's a very very poorly secured location that is under a constant threat of some sort?
