Wish i could Give this place 0 stars. Go to ANYONE else if you can in your time of need. They hung up on me when I asked why prices were so high now. I called back and he showed no remorse for hanging up and admitted it. He was saying prices Are up to 750$ because the gas prices and “everything” is. I then told him i dont Understand that when they were higher, i had Gotten service prior for about 60 bucks. Then when i asked To speak to someone else, he continued giving me attitude and told me he was the only one. This place is so rude and steals for a service that normally costs at max half as much as they charge. He then blamed it on the type of car when he was saying it was because the price of everything is high right now. When I mentioned how the gas prices are actually going down.. he started giving other weird reasons. This man was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and spoken to. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Especially when they treat people like this when it is freezing cold and an emergency. They are not the people you would want to talk to!

We lost our key and called this place for a quote. They quoted me $425 for a 2003 tundra which normally would be the less expensive since it is old. I called triple a to see how much they would reimburse. When triple a called this “business” they then told them my quote is 600$. I called back and they completely changed my quote to 600$ just because they could. We were stranded and desperate and cold. I had my friend call for a quote and they quoted him 425$. This business is a joke. They take advantage of people who need help and have no remorse. On top of that, he then claimed it was a raise in price because of the holiday. The date is January 7. They are inconsistent and trying any and every way to scam people. They should be shut down and seriously reviewed by the BBB.
