Owner is extremely rude. I emailed to ask about pricing and was told they would get back to me. A month later, I called to ask and he said they would email me to answer those questions, stating he never replied to my email because “a bunch of idiots send emails without reading our location, then dont want to drive up here”. I gave him the benefit of the doubt he was maybe having a bad day, and trusted he would email me like he said. I waited two more months and then got a spam email from them with a coupon… they added me to their spam email list without ever actually emailing me what I asked. I emailed back to point this out, and he very vaguely answered my question but not really. I sent a response being thorough in communicating my questions, to which he responded “It looks like we don’t have the product you need at the prices you require. Thank you for considering our company but we cannot help with this order. Please consider us again in the future if you have any other printing needs.” They legitimately never answered my questions, then sent that!! I never asked for a product at ANY price, I just asked questions!!! This is what I get for trying to support my local businesses. Don’t bother with them.

Not a great experience. The person/owner was rude and treated us like he had better things to do then help us. We went to another printer and had a very pleasurable and rewarding experience. He never called us back about our job, which was fine with us because we had our job completed quickly and with professionalism.

Best little print shop in Big Bear Lake. Great for signs, copies, T shirts, books, posters, big jobs, small jobs, hospitality. Nice people to deal with💕
