I don't even know where to start with all the positive feedback I have for BAMF and how it has helped me.
I'll first say I have a doctorate that deals with fitness, rehab and nutrition. This was not my first rodeo with a coach. I've done some programs on my own which was a great start, and when I got serious about some goals I hired an IFBB coach for several months. I didn't feel that coach cared to invest in me or my progress. I over trained, spending 3-4 hours in the gym 5-6 days per week. I stayed on top of my nutrition. Communication wasn't great, and I stuck with it for awhile thinking "_ must be super busy because he/she is a pro!"
Fast forward and I start working with Austin. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. Not only was the price right, but the communication and education went beyond my expectations. I have a crazy travel schedule and he always helped address any concerns, explained modifications when I was worried about injuries, and helped me develop a better mindset with giving myself grace on vacations or cheat days. I put in 1/4 of the work with Austin than that was required of me with my previous trainer, and I feel I produced 3x better progression in just the first month. I was seriously hitting personal bests EVERY week. 3 months later, I have a sustainable exercise regimen and diet, I have seen/felt changes in my physique, and most importantly I feel I've been able to buy back time in my busy life and health span. This is top quality coaching. Thank you for everything!
Austin is a fantastic fitness coach. He paid great attention to the struggles I had with losing weight, and he created a fitness and nutrition plan to reach my goal to lose weight. During our weekly check-ins he not only looked at the metrics of how I was progressing in the fitness program, he was also invested in how I was mentally and keeping me confident. When there were wins he celebrated with me. When there were struggles, he leaned in on what was difficult for me and helped motivate me to push forward. In the end of the program, I achieved my weight loss goal, transformed my lifestyle into one that is sustainable, healthy, and motivating to help keep my weight off. I highly recommend reaching out to Austin and discussing any thoughts of having him help with wherever you are in your health.
