Hands down the best gym in the area! I had been looking at different gyms in the area and when I came to Beardown I immediately felt welcomed and everyone was extremely friendly. The coaches are great as well & pay attention to technique and correct when necessary. Recommend 10/10!

I’ve been a member of Beardown for about five years now. I found my forever gym and always look forward to my workouts. Anyone can pay for a membership at a global gym but this provides you with a certified trainer that loves their job and knows what they are coaching in each class. Plus, they incorporate weightlifting which I love and focus on the technique more than the reps. Now my 9 year old son trains and does speed agility privates with Garrett. His coaches are already telling me they see a huge difference. Come check out Beardown!

I started small group training at BearDown when I was coming off of a lower back injury and I needed something to kickstart my motivation/ gym routine again. I was super excited to find out about Rae's Leg & Core class on Thursdays! Rae is an energetic and knowledgeable trainer! I like how she structures her classes and was able to help me with modifications to work outs based on how my back was feeling! I am happy to say I have stayed consistent with attending her Legs & Core class and I have seen great results with building my strength! Shout out to Rae for making her Legs & Core class both challenging and supportive! She creates a super rad environment for everyone who attends!
