Just had our dog groomed/bathed/trimmed there. Absolutely the worst job we've ever had. She (the dog) looked like she maybe had a few hairs clipped (not a complete haircut) and smelled like someone had rinsed her lightly (not a bathing). Groomer said that she did a complete cut and bathe....I was very doubtful. Took dog home and the entire family immediately asked if the groomer had done anything at all as they could not see any difference! I called back and after some debate, the groomer agreed to re-do the job. Well, we got a phone call before the appointment stating that the groomer had quit and they had no appointments available!! So, I will now call back and see how I am treated. If I am treated fairly, I will update rating...right now, my rating is fair.
Update: Owner and I spoke and she was extremely professional and made many generous offers to compensate for the situation. She handled the situation with concern and care and I am very pleased with the result. I have updated to 4 stars for the great response....I hope that she can get a replacement groomer soon for her business!
