The atmosphere was great! Could tell it was a Locals place to eat. Great food and service. The variety of sweets and breads was incredible! The Ice Tea was very refreshing. And my Dad had one of the best Patty Melts in a long time.. will definitely return!

The restaurant was visibly welcoming. My son and I had high hopes. But, it didn't go well after that. I speak unhappily about the bathroom down below.. our waiter seemed like he could've tried a little harder. I know it was near closing but as long as I am a patron.. I should feel welcomed there. The food was not that great. I ordered chili and it was so dry. I even added ketchup to make it easier to scoop out. It wasn't worth it. The San Francisco Patty Melt was decent along with the fries but I was already feeling wrong about the whole ordeal. My son liked the short stack of pancakes but the biscuits and gravy had an out of the can taste and were not to his liking. We were really hoping for something better than lackluster.

My boyfriend and I have been here before. My boyfriend wanted menudo. When we were asking the waiter about the menudo, he offered my boyfriend a taste. My boyfriend was happy that he got to taste it first! He decided to order the menudo! He liked the flavor and the thickness of the broth! I ordered the corned beef hash plate! It came with biscuit and gravy, eggs and hash browns. Everything was delicious!
