Went today to this office. The doctor is very nice. Very helpful but we forgot the doctors note for my husband and called the office twice. The lady answer the phone was giving me attitude. I was explaining that I need the note for tomorrow not dated today but she told me is not listening o me because she want the date for today. I told I spoke to the doctor already and ask the note for tomorrow. I will never coming back to this place again. In other hand the doctor is very nice but the receptionist that answer the phone around 3 PM is not nice. I recieve the letter but there is no doctor's signature just the address and saying my husband cant go to work. It's not formal letter. I could just type that, it looks like a fake excuse note for work and did a bad job making it. 😡

I came in yesterday to get an consultation for implants and the front desk gave me attitudes cause I did not want to give my insurance cause all I was doing is getting a quote and they were not very friendly or nice and the Dr. dentist was nice to a point but he could of given me what a discount would be for being 60 year old instead it total 55,000 and that is ridiculous I can buy a car for the price of my teeth. I explain to him I am disability my income is low but he seem to not care much about it and I was piss the whole time being in there I understand you need the information but if the procedure isn't going to be done yet and just getting a price quote they could of been more nicer and tell me more if there was discounts available to give me some selections to look at and decide but I rather go some where else my dentist of 36 years mess up part of my teeth and I lost them that is why I am so miserable and want to feel better for me but I choose someone else who shows more caring and friendly.
