Sonia is a very hard working and caring person. She cares about giving the utmost service. She goes the extra mile to make sure that you leave her business happy. I have been to european wax center many times and almost everytime they miss hair, leave wax, and try to sell me products I dont want to buy. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She answers the phone at any time and has a good line of communication with her customers. She has been doing it for like 25 years or something so she knows her stuff. She makes the process way less painless than other waxing places. Very impressed with her service. Highly reccoment if your just passing through, visiting, live in, or near Merced, I highly reccomend stoppping by and getting servide from Sonia...you wont regret it.

Such a sweet and professional lady. She gave us extra time for our massage and even gave us a huge discount. She uses all natural oils and even gives advice on how to improve my skin.
