I go in every other day and i get nothing but good service from all the staff. The girls are always soo welcoming not to mention Perla. Always making sure im up to date with new products & somehow always convinces me. Anyways nothing but good vibes from all the staff!

One of the only beauty supply stores that carries the product lines that I prefer. Great customer service. No wait time on the phone. My issue with a defect was addressed and corrected immediately. Thank you, Beauty Solutions!

Worst customer service ever !! So unreliable. They will not go to work for you after they charge your card. Good luck getting an order on time and make sure your charges are correct. There is a reason why Nordstrom and Amazon is successful. They get the job done from start to finish.
