This company is not a contractor, it is a DISPATCH CALL CENTER that sends your job to contractors. This is a total misrepresentation and they do not check the quality of the contractors. I trusted my contractor because I believed he was affiliated with Becker & Sons... he was only a random service provider and has horrible BBB ratings. I didn't even know it was a different company until I got my receipt. I would NOT use Becker & Sons this is not an honest business model and doesn't give you information on who is actually doing the work on your property.

Mike arrived to do a upkeep check on our air conditioning since it has stopped cooling. The fact that I called this morning and he showed up within about I wanna say an hour later says a lot. He found several things wrong with the system and went through the check thoroughly with us. He is professional, informative about the problems, courteous. he even took pictures of the problem areas in our system. I would not hesitate to refer to anyone. If you have any problems with your systems, I would ask you to please call .
