I was on the hunt for a new policy and competitive rates, after calling a few other places, I landed on State Farm. Had another policy through a local broker and their customer service had really tanked in the past 5-10 years. My rates had gone through the roof with no real reasoning behind it. Any time I asked for better rates or changing anything about my policy, I just got a very generic "I looked and the other companies don't have better rates". Even with my most recent interaction I directly asked for adjustments to the policy and was quoted with the same coverage amounts. I was happy to have a much better experience with State Farm after calling in.
I feel lucky, I didn't choose the Schuler office based on anything other than typing my zip into the local agent finder on the website. They were the first result. There were some other offices closer, but after my experience, I didn't feel the need to call the others. Kyler was the agent that helped me, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and had no issues with giving me serval quotes with adjusted coverage. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quotes were competitive. He mentioned he was newer to State Farm, but if Kyler is an example of the kind of people State Farm hire, they'll have my continued business.
