We bought a shoe rack that had to be assembled. It had the wrong parts in the box and could not be assembled. We traveled from LaCrosse just to shop here. Called the store, nothing they could do for us unless we made the 90 minute trip back. Forget it. We won't make special trips to go back to this store anymore. Oh, and don't buy the shoe racks that need assembly!

I went there to spend a gift card. Otherwise I would not shop there. They are very expensive in my opinion, and really don't have much that I need or want. The staff is very nice. I do feel bad they are closing for good. More jobs lost.

Had everything we wanted in the store. Very helpful staff, especially the cashier. We'd never used coupons electronically from the phone before. But, had to since we're travehlling and had no access to a printer. The cashier was happy to show us how to use it. Fast friendly & helpful staff made spending and saving a pleasure.
