Worked named Rachel profiled two black men because she assumed black people cannot afford "high priced" items and therefore, got a sense of urgency and called the cops because she was certain they were stealing.

I placed an online order with a future pick up date on the website. I go to the store because I received an email that my order was picked up and I didnt pick up the order. The item was sold out in store and online because it was a black friday item. The Manager Sharelle (spelling might be wrong) went above and beyond to correct their mistake. I am very please with how this was handled and now will be a bb&b frequent shopper.

The establishment itself is great. I have found all kinds of great products for the house over the years. Store is always nice and clean. However, I would like to see the staff be more friendly. Through multiple visits the staff is regularly unavailable and/or bothered. I will probably still shop here, but the staff needs a slight attitude adjustment.
