I have been to this store many times, and have yet to find the "beyond". At first, I thought it was behind all the curtains. It was not. Nor under the stacks of towels. I then remembered my Harry Potter and thought perhaps it's like platform 10 3/4, so I ran headlong into various walls. That proved unsatisfactory. I ask those of you reading this to help me in my quest for the "beyond" as I am no longer allowed in the store.

Went in a few weeks ago to the Encino store to get a wedding gift from the bride's registry. What a delightful surprise that we could use coupons and get them even more gifts. I was helped by Cindy Walker who was amazingly quick and efficient. She made the whole trip enjoyable. Thank you, Cindy!
