If I could give “ZERO” stars I would! I have never been treated so poorly on a visit to this store. I have been a long time customer and have always been treated with respect and found the staff helpful!
Not Today 2/15/18, it was the worst! Needed to return 3 items that were gifts and I was allergic to materials used in each. Since it was a gift I had no receipt!
Wow! After checking the policy earlier in the day with a day manger, I was unable to return until later in the afternoon. WHAT A BAD DECISION!!
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with “Susie” and then with the supposed manager “Joe”! Both were awful! Susie was a smart ass and dumb as a box of rocks! While Joe seemed to be more concerned with my being upset with Susie & telling her exactly what I thought of her poor customer service!! Maybe if “Joe” spent less time strutting around like a Peacock and focused on customer service, maybe reviews like this one wouldn’t be necessary!!!
Did I mention this “Susie” told me that one of the items was not showing in their system and they didn’t even sell it there at the store!!
Wow! I politely went right to the item on display in this very store! Of course neither her or Joe had much to say on that other than......”Oh, the UPC label is different & the letters in the Logo are slightly smaller!” REALLY???? Here is the very product you said was not purchased at your store, here on the shelf with the same packaging in your store!
This “Susie” went as far as to infer that I might not be telling the truth on where the item was purchased! Oh, and I don’t want to forget to mention this “Old Hag” who never once introduced herself by name or title, but somehow butted right into the conversation on more that one occasion during the whole fiasco.....she too was a PIECE OF WORK!!
Unbelievable! Outrageous! I certainly will never spend another dime at this location.....I would rather drive down to Santa Clarita then deal with these idiots!!
I guess it follows if Management is ridiculous then how could one expect the staff below them to be any better!
Do yourself a favor! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!! Buyer Beware......according to the people I had to deal with, “Any return without a receipt has an automatic 20% taken off the return, which is returned as a store credit given to the customer .....according to them they assume everyone uses a 20% coupon!!” Not that they have any proof! They error on the side of profit for their store! Wow! Is that even Legal??? Talk about an asinine thought process, I thought I had heard it all until today!”
I hate coming here because there's a lot of good stuff for the home and it's really easy to spend a lot of money. I've always had good/great experiences with the staff.
The membership, although not at all required, is well worth it. It'll pay for itself in no time. The 20% discount you get with it saves you so much in the long run.
