The "new look" makes this store appear empty. The first time I went inside after the pandemic I honestly thought they were going out of business. Whoever in corporate came up with this bone head idea should be be run out of the company. This is still a good store but the look doesn't help it at all.

The store is brightly lit . The shelves are stocked to the brim . Variety of merchandise to choose from , however not all merchandise was labeled and priced. Now customer service there was none. No one greeted me. No one approach me. Lucky for me I knew what I needed. I did make a purchase and the cashier never looked up at me. There was no eye contact whatsoever. I might go back and give them another try I hope they improve on their customer service.

I love love LOVE bed bath and beyond. This one in particular was very clean and organized, and all the employees were very helpful. They have so many amazing gadgets for my kitchen and at really great prices. I bought some really nice stuff this time around and I will be going back way more often for more kitchenware.
