Customer service has really gone down hill, felt the assistant manager was confrontational even tho the cashier was doing just fine. They have some unique items that are hard to find in Eureka but kinda pricey. They used to be more helpful, guess I will be using other ways of shopping

This place is fun. It's almost like a Costco in the sense there is so much to look at. Prices are not anything special. I bought a shower head and it was $50. You don't go there for deals, you go to get a shower head or pillows or something. People who work there are great every time I've gone. I ever had to go back once to return something and it was a simple task.
