Highly recommended for wedding registry! Victor, who helped me set up my registry, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He spent hours with my mom and I as we went through the whole store, answering all our questions and consulting me when I had no idea what to choose. Almost everything I needed was in-store, and if it wasn't, Victor wrote it down and sent me an email later that day with online suggestions that matched what I asked for. The registry is also easy to manage online. I feel very confident about every item on my registry and know that I will get the help I need if and when I need it.

This store has horrible customer service. They had several kids comforter sets (same set, different colors) labeled on clearance. When they rung it up it was regular price. A very rude associate who did a price check said it was only the printed models which they were sold out of but failed to remove the clearance price. When I asked for a manager, they honored the clearance price. However, there was never an apology & I received nasty stares upon leaving. Never shopping at this location.

This is a nice location in Santa Clarita. The staff are generally helpful, however make sure to get your 20% off with the coupon as well as make sure that the price advertised is what the product rings up at the checkout register. The staff sometimes are a bit grumpy at the end of the day. I guess that is to be expected, so shopping after 8pm isn't the best time. We also receive $5 off$15 coupons and $10 off $30 coupons. If you have to buy anything above $50 it's better to use the 20% off coupons though.
