Bed Bath & Beyond is a nice store. The store is new and clean. Located in Paso Robles in the Golden Hills Plaza. The staff working at Bed Bath & Beyond are friendly. The store has all kinds of different things. The store has a big parking lot for easy parking. Handicap parking spaces are located close to the entrance of the Bed Bath & Beyond store. Bed Bath & Beyond is easily noticeable from the street during normal traffic conditions.

Ordered a piece of furniture online. Wood split within 1 week of assembly. Tried to return to store after struggling to load In my vehicle alone.Which associate and manager were both unclear on return policy. Called customer service in which she was questioning manager why they wouldn’t return. After 40 minutes and 5 Employees I was told to take back home and send via fed ex. I will avoid any furniture items at BBB. I’m hoping staff become greater versed on their own return policies.

One of my favorite places to shop. Customer service is excellent. Recent shopping for our camping trip. We found beach blanket, towels, coffee, pots and pans. One stop shopping at great prices!
