This one is a huge store in Great Mall. They have everything related to your home. Some are good deals but some products are expensive. The store has good quality products for sure but requires a little bit of your time to check and sort what you really want to buy unless you already have something in mind. Definitely worth checking out.

I looked for a Cuisinart single serve coffee maker. Found the floor model, asked at the service desk their computer said they had one more but not a location in the store. The associate had just got off work but still helped me. She ordered it online for the online price with a 20% discount, nice! It will be shipped to my home with no shipping charges.

Very inconsiderate staff and manager took his job for granted. Very rude person with lot of personal issues. They made me run to return broken merchandise and told me I have to be there by 7 and they can't leave open few mins for just one customer. I had 5 year old who ran with me and unfortunately need to use restroom, so they told me I have to go out and have to go to some other bed bath and beyond to return merchandise. They can't wait for 5 year old to use restroom and I had to leave their store and went to other bed bath and beyond, BBB mailed me broken stuff which I understand but employees in this mall who took their pay check for granted really made my experience worse. I will never go to this store and radvise folks to stay away from them. I have shopped with BBB and have no issues except this store especially with the unprofesstionalism of staff of this store. Hope this helps someone. Thanks
