When I am in need of a hard to find item I always seem to find it here and prices and quality are great. Don't forget to sign up for rewards to get coupon savings. They always have employees who are eager to help. The staff comes to you. You don't have to go looking for them.
The store manager and two of the sales person were extremely rude and literally told me not to come back to bed bath &beyond when all I was trying to do is to do an exchange with the Keurig coffee machine that was not working, I did not have my receipt but I wasn’t returning it, I was trying to exchange it with another one but since the sales lady wasn’t really helping me I asked to speak to the manager but the manager and when he came barging at me with a really bad attitude and told me he wasn’t going to return it and he didn’t care how much I spent, at the store nor he cares if I ever came back to the store again. I was so upset because I was treated really unprofessionally and badly.. I don’t think this is the way one especially the manager should conduct business. I have my own business myself I never treat customers this way… PERIOD…!!!! Horrible customer service..!! I even pay bed and bath to get coupons but I’m really disappointed with the way they treated me..!!! Horrible store on Blackstone Fresno…!!! Never ever gonna go back. I’ll pass the words around to all friends and family.
