Really wish there was a no or negative star rating! Last few times I have been here have been pretty frustrating! Displays of curtain rods that they no longer sell. Not just temporarily out of stock but haven't sold in awhile. 😒😠 A brand of soap dish that I'm told they have negative 12 of once I insist the product I picked up is under a tag marked differently than what the register rings up. I realize my small sale isn't much but I'd like to pay what I expected to pay & not be given the "Well, we don't have that one." followed by a blank stare. Where is your customer service training? Consider yourselves one more customer lost to frustration.

I was surprised to see how low their stock had gotten, and no...I wasn't shopping there right after Black Friday. All I wanted was storage shelving for my teas & spices, but couldn't even find a good substitute for it. I'd never seen BB&B so low in inventory and there were still 15 days till Christmas 🎄. Normally a very well stocked store with more than anything you might need, it showed how badly the pandemic has effected the merchandise industry. Hoping they'll get restocked soon. Great parking, easy entry from the parking lot and normally friendly sales staff. This evening they seemed exhausted and tired, only one very nice lady offered to help and find me a shopping cart (nobody had collected them from the parking lot) I thanked the 3 times. Once when she offered, once when she delivered and once as I was leaving the store with my purchases).

I bought $200 sheets that ended up having a tear in them. Brought them back, money refunded, but I still needed sheets.

Unfortunately the store ran out of stock of the sheets I previously purchased. My only option at that point, it appeared, was to buy the defective sheets I had just returned.

The store's policy, according to the manager, was that I could only buy the torn sheets for full price.

So after having to take two trips to this store, spending a half hour dealing with 4 employees, and coming away empty-handed with no sheets, I came to the conclusion that I don't know what's more retarded--the store's policy or the people running it.
