Manager was acting rude to myself and boyfriend. Snooty attitude like if we didn't have money to shop. I went in to buy a Dyson air purifier. By the end of the visit, I refuse to spend my money at bb&b. They need to teach customer service skills to their employees and management. I had over $800 on me. A portion of my tax return I wanted to spend on things for my home. Since my visit a bb&b I have been depressed. I am seriously considering hiring a attorney, the treatment I received in there store has had lasting effects on my mental state. I am going to also write a letter to the store. I didn't do anything wrong, yet they made me feel so bad. I am shocked and insulted

Great place to shop for many good household items. Selection n variety is good, prices are reasonable, service is friendly. They will check for an item if out of stock in one store n hold it for you for 24 hours in another store for you to go n pick it up. Or you can buy it online n get it shipped free to your house.

This place has very rude cashiers and do not want to spend a second to help customers. Those are named Desire and Zuma. They talk down to people in a very demeaning way. On top of that they'll rush you to get you out of store even when purchasing a great amount of items. I also believe I was discriminated against in the way I was dressed as in class status and race. I would recommend for everyone not to come to this store. I had to make a complaint to the assistant manager by the name of Fabi which had no problem helping me and behaved like a normal person in the process. She ended up taking the time to help me with me return refund issue which was over a hundred dollars. I also made a complaint to the corporate manager by the name of Bill which returned my call and assured that my complaint was addressed and corrected. Please everyone do not come to this store.
