Sadly, this store isn't far from closing it's doors, forever, (at the Laguna Niguel store)! Take advantage of the current sales, but sadly, this could continue to be an ugly business trend with every type of business, not just Bed, Bath & Beyond!!

Worse experience I’ve ever had with Bed Bath and Beyond. Rude staff and customer service. Cynthia one the managers instead of helping she raise her voice and made a seem while I was with a toddler. So disappointed.

I purchased a new Google Home at this store for pickup. After getting home, I found that it was a used, repackaged item with scuff marks. I paid for a new item - not a used one. Any other store would have clearly marked it as used, and not deceptively sold as "new". Cannot trust Bed Bath & Beyond, especially online pickup.
