Usually we pick up some useful items shopping here. Unfortunately, today we picked up a vacuum, ordered previously. When we got it home and opened the box, we found we had been sold a repackaged returned broken unit. A hinge was missing on the canister and the broken pieces were not in the box - proof that it had been previously returned. We drove it back and returned it for a refund. Not a good experience and waste of time and effort.

Their prices are reasonable. I love their coupons and the fact that those coupons are in the mail. You have to have coupons to get discount... make me feel a little bit special. Not like other store if you didn't have coupons, cashiers would just give you one in the store... any one can get a discount, no special

Love this store. They carry things that you wouldn't think of buying but you do because it'll work in your home. Customer service is always great! Friendly, helpful and they like their job. Coupons always sweeten the deals. Some items may be more than other stores or online sites but I like the convenience and the reputation of Bed Bath & Beyond.
