I went to this store twice in the last week looking to buy a vacuum cleaner and some appliances, and on both visits nobody in the store approached me to help, nor could I even find an employee on the floor. No wonder this company is going out of business; they don't know how to hire or manage operations. I went to Target and spent $1200

Can't complain really! 🤷 I was given a $10 bday gift to spend from them which Btw! I would like to say THANK YOU! BB&B! for my $10 bday gift card! I was actually really surprised!😯 Ty! For remembering me on my bday! 🥳 So right away I scrolled through their website and see what I can get with it! Prices$$ are a little bit on the pricy side! But their are a few items that are somewhat "affordable" LoL! But overall the location in Studio city is pretty good and the store is nicely organized and the items on the shelves are stacked & in order! With the price tag printed in black & white! In bold type! So you can't say which items belong to which one! Lol! 😆 So with that being said! Can't complain & the staff at the customer service/pick up orders is pretty friendly and quick! Did not give me a hard time whatsoever! I was in & out! Which I know some folks really like about pick up & go! 👍 I don't normally shop particularly at BB&B! Only once in a blue moon! But overall the location , staff & finding parking! was quick and painless! 👍

I wish more people would shop here. I bought a digital scale for $35 and love it. Also found delicious coffee for my office at a great price. People that work here are really nice and helpful😊
