Cashiers are kind and staff is readily available to assist customers. Store is well organized, and while some offerings may be considered pricey, they are far more reasonable than their on line competitors ie. QVCor HSN

Love shopping in that store, I always find new things for home. Prices are good and you can always can use your 20% off card that you get on the mail. Customer services are hard to find, usually no employees on the floor for questions.

The people here try to give individualized informed customer service. They have a section of 'as seen on TV' products. I forgot my 20% off coupon. Another customer went all the way to her car to bring me hers and the person behind the counter made sure I was signed up.
