Shopping, customer service and return are excellent! Love shopping here. They have a huge selection of many household items. Great customer service giving immense help selecting a pillow. Then later we returned a different item that was so simple and easy. Thanks!

I enjoy going here, but this particular store was pretty unkept. Many repackaged items in the clearance section didn't even have a description of what they were. Just a plastic wrapped fabric with a price tag on it.

Disastrous online order experience. Item arrived severely damaged after lengthy wait. Customer service difficult to reach and, once finally connected, unhelpful and quick to offer the run-around "we'll be in touch", with no action to follow. I just want to return the damaged item and receive a refund, but at this point it doesn't seem likely to happen. I won't be purchasing from Bed Bath & Beyond again.
