Always super helpful stuff. Patti was overly helpful, I appreciate her help in searching the item and in online order. Thank you Patti! They have latest new items that I wanted to try, one of them is by Flawless, Facial roller. I'm very excited to try it and with coupon price was reasonable. This store has great customer service and lots of useful items.

I was there Friday in the am and I kept getting bugged by this employee Daniel who seemed nice and willing to help. There were some curtains without a price tag at the top but the ones next had a price tag so I thought that price was same for all the ones in the row. Well he refused to honor prices. This location is already closing. I went there a week before and they gave me the price bc it wasn’t advertised in that area. Now they are saying they couldn’t change the price when they neglected to put up the price for an entire week!!! I am dissatisfied with their disorganization. If you don’t want to honor prices then do your job and fix the problem advertise the price for what it is! Shame on you Daniel for lack of help and concern.

Love BBB; they have good merchandise, good selections and great prices. Easy to shop online, but not to return items to the store (the code they give you for a return can't be used by the associate, not can the codes that are on the paper that comes with ur order; they need your order number and it's super tiny on said paper). Oh, and even with my order, the system tried to refund less than what I paid. Associate needed a manager to fix it so I can get back what I paid for it, so weird. Other than a somewhat difficult return process, it's great.
