Management has poor customer service skills. One guy is better than the other.. Greg is the worst. Daughter got two sheet sets for a graduation gift and a mattress pad. Unfortunately, she needed TwinXL not just twin. They were out of all 3 products, said we could even exchange, order them online, they were in stock. So we did even exchange at store/they ordered on-line. We knew something was wrong in the store, cause I ended up paying the difference. They weren't listening.. The order just arrived, later than expected. We were told we would get updates...NO updates. Well, I just figured out why the cost difference. It's the wrong set of everything. All they say is you can bring back to the store and try again. Nope...
Extremely friendly and helpful associates! Went the extra mile gladly to help me resolve a return issue. My new favorite location of this chain store for sure. Also seem to have a better stock for items I prefer to use.
