If you shop here make sure to hold onto receipt. The contract security of Pono Security will lied and make up a story to City of Tukwila Police for shop lifting. Although the store is now bankrupt and has file for bankruptcy. Just wanted to report my experience. The manager is professional when I discussed with Jason. The two most recent time I went in there was in June for the closing sale. None before that this year.

Kinda torn on this review honestly. I hadn't been in this store in a while. It's changed a lot from when I worked there. Wasn't greeted by anyone at all. Lots of empty shelves but that could be from supply chain issues. Bathroom was filthy and had no paper towels. Was kinda bummed honestly. They still have great products though. Don't get me wrong. Lots of great items to choose from. Maybe it's reflective of post-COVID but certainly has changed for sure.

I had ordered 6 curtains via the app on black Friday and only received 5. After a couple months I was issued a return but since the item was in stock at my local store I was able to purchase it at the black Friday price. The cashiers I had the honor of working with were Pat and Lovie. They were very friendly, super helpful, and understanding of my situation.
