This store has gotten so over priced. It's too bad, this store used to rock with quality items and helpful people. Long gone are those days.

Best customer service. This man named Chris helped me find just right window treatments. When I asked for a certain shade. It wasn't in stock but he ordered it from another one of the Bed Bath & Beyond stores that did and they sent it to my home for free. I had my sheers within 3 business days. Chris is the best. One stop shop. I thought I would be running all over town but nope... Got just what I needed with help. Thanks Chris.

I saw a hammock on display on sale. I inquired and they are sold out. I asked another associate and she thoroughly explained that she can order it online and have it delivered to my home at no extra charge. She was great comfort to my disappointment. Why weren't the other two associate's as helpful?
