Had a very positive experience online and with same day delivery, although I had planned to visit this location in person. I always appreciate the 20% off coupon from BedBath and Beyond, along with very helpful same-delivery options in these times of uncertainty and change. The Dash driver, Eric, was extremely competent, kind and efficient in his delivery of my item, along with his communication and very clear safe driving practices. 'Grateful for this option from BB & B.

This place is jammed packed an a bit overwhelming, as are most BB&B stores. It's a good place for beach towels and random kitchen stuff, but it's only a better deal than Target if you have their famous coupons (I happen to have 100 in my glove box and did you know you can use 20 at a time, if you want?). The service, however, isn't fantastic. The lines are always weird, with the main line being the customer service desk. And last time I was there, the system was down, so they couldn't take credit cards. It doesn't seem very well-managed, but the selection makes up for the hassle.

I shop at the one on Vista Way since it's the most convenient to me. The customer service is pretty good. The lady that helped me today w/ my return wasn't the friendliest but she did my transaction efficiently so I guess that's what mattered. The store is always clean and organized and their return policy is great!
