Rating low because I really dislike having my time wasted...
I went online seeking a product, specifically checking for In Stock availability nearby. The website stated it was present at this store.
If it was a simple matter of being out of stock I would be less frustrated. I understand how stock can move in-store. However the product was straight-up not carried. I was told I should cross the county to another city location.
I rarely ever set foot in this store chain and this experience certainly did not encourage me to change that.

The employee's were great. It was half hour from closing time when I got there. I intended to be quick. I knew exactly what I wanted but unfortunately it was sold out. I went looking for someone to ask if they had any coming in soon or in the back somewhere. They took the time to look it up on the computer for me and then offered to order it for. He entered all my information and then I decided to have it shipped to my daughter's house since it was her birthday gift. He changed the the information for me, smiling the entire time. I didn't get his name but wanted to say thank you so much for your great customer service. It was the Auburn Supermall store in Auburn, Wa. Hopefully a supervisor will know who he is and give the earned praise his young man deserves.

I came in to do a straight across exchange. The store was busy but not unmanageable. The young man helping me was pulled away from me not once but twice as my transaction was literally hijacked by 2 different people insisting he help them 1st or they were just going to be be quick, and they weren't. Then, because my item was not in stock, the opted to do an internet order and have it shipped to me. The young man helping me did not know that procedure and he had to get a manager involved. She knew exactly what to do and after standing at the customer service desk for half an hour to do a one item exchange, I was finally able to leave.
