I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this place. I go shopping there every few days. The staff is absolutely awesome. If I need something that's not in stock, they will ALWAYS check their back supply and IF they don't have it, they will special order it for me. AND they'll even ship the product(s) to me if it's total cost to me is overb $29.99! I REALLY like that! So much fun to shop there.
Terrible customer service. As soon as you ask someone a question, they are visibly frustrated and extremely short with you. The employees are genuinely unhappy to be helping you and make you feel like you are just in the way when visiting their store. I rarely write reviews, and one bad experience never means anything to me as it could just be a bad day so I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple times coming in and every time being treated poorly, enough is enough. My best word of advice is to take your business elsewhere where someone might actually treat you with a mutual level of respect.
