Great customer service and they even helped me get a 20% off coupon. I walked in and asked a associate who turned out to be a manager where I could find a CPAP pillow for my dad. She took me right to it and asked if she could help with anything else. Then proceeded to thank me for shopping there. Great customer experience.

Online order for pickup. I'm not sure if there is only one line for online pickuo, but i waited probably 15 minutes. The people in front of me had an issue, i was in no hurry so no star loss there. When i finally got up to the counter the lady just didnt seem happy. Anyways i got my order and i was out. Store felt clean and organized, all the other employees were great.

Oh how this place has fallen- if you currently work at BBB, update your resume because this place ain't gonna make it much past Christmas- empty shelves, over priced, no reason really to go there. We visited recently for the 1st time in 2-3 years, and its kind of a bummer. Definitely getting "Death of K-Mart" vibes in there
