I visited your place today for tge very first time and spend over $1104.57 after your 20%discount. While shopping for almost 2 house we didn’t have any assistance or any assistance by any of your employees. I was looking for as specific type pillows. I finally saw an employee who I thought would help me. I came and asked politely if she can hello me. Immediately her facial expression and tone of voice was very annoyed and in friendly to help. The first words out of her mouth this is not my department. I then said wow thank you for your customer service and can I get your name. The unwillingness to help personal refused to give me her name. I then went looking for a floor supervisor and found Ceacer. He then informed me that her name. Sadly I can’t rememberer name now. Tge point I am trying to make is that customer service at your store is below, below expectation and this has to change. I will not be shopping your store ever again. My recommendation is to hire people who understand customer service and are not there to collect a paycheck.
Went in a few days ago and hardly anything was 90% off. Most items were either 50% or 70% off. Most items were stuff that no one wanted and only sits well under the 90% off.
Saw them bring in some higher quality brands (KitchenAid, Dyson, and few other brands) still in the box quickly to the backroom. When asked about it they acted like we didn’t see the items. Trying to stash those items for themselves?
But before the whole thing, the store was fine and had some decent stuff. The prices were on par with other stores with similar items. Remember this isn’t a cheap discount store that sells cheap items. But anyways I usually found items that I needed and checkout was okay.
