The Culver City location has been reconfigured. It looks open and nice but a lot of items are no longer available. All of the checkouts are now self check out , unless you are using cash then you pay in the returns area. Yesterday at 10:15 am There was ONE Employee working returns, pickups, and all 4 self checkouts. There were red lights flashing at all self service locations. The red light means help is needed. I went over to the counter to pay and asked for the manger. A man comes out and I explained the lady working couldn’t handle 6 customers by herself. He was reluctant to open but did so. Then lectured me ,for next time that only cash can be used at the desk not a debit card. I advised him I was at the self checkout and the light was still flashing where I had been. By now, all of the customers were waiting at the desk. He should have been on the floor long before. Self checkouts shouldn’t have to search for assistance.

Awesome!! I ordered somthing online and I got the merchandise availability confirmation pretty fast. Once I went inside the store, everything happened so efficiently. I asked the clerk for the reserved item. She asked my name and type of merchandise. Find it in seconds, scanned it and walla!! I was ready to go. A totally smooth experience.

I visited Bed Bath Beyond in Culver City today for a purchase of vacuum cleaner. As soon as I walked in the store and was looking at the vacuum cleaners, I was greeted by Steven. I asked questions about two of the Shark Vacuum Cleaners that I was interested, he explained the difference and even showed me the other models. He offered me to take the vacuum cleaners down from the shelf so I can try them. I told Steven that I will decide which one I am going to buy, he came back to check on me and I was ready to purchase but it wasn’t available in the store. He offered his help by ordering it for me online. Also, I was looking for a hanging basket for my hair dryer, he looked for me and find exactly what I was looking. I want to say a big thank you to Steven for all his help today. Going through lots of poor customer service recently, I was very surprised how Steven went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking today. Thank you Steven for your help.
