Make sure to have the credit card you used to make an on-line purchase that you want to return. I had all the paperwork from an 7/28 on-line purchase, the original item and box - and a valid credit card. They could only offer store credit since I didn't have my AmEx with me. Very inconvenient.

I came in to the store looking for new sheets and Calvin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm not used to cashiers being so helpful but he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed for my new bed. Thanks for the great service! I'll definitely be back for bath needs!

I used to love this store. I used to spend lots of money at this store. Ever since the remodel pre-covid it's not worth shopping here anymore. The selection is extremely poor there's lots of cheap and inferior brands the decor and the lighting are atrocious it's like shopping in an Institution. Can't wait to get out of there they've discontinued all the personal care items which is one of the reasons I shopped there. They're out of basic items that they used to carry a wide variety of and this has been going on ever since covid but during the remodel they discontinued probably a third of their products that were useful. Even with coupons their prices are often higher than at surrounding competitors for the same items and with such a poor selection it's not worth a visit. Waited 15 minutes to make a return. I was told tonight that their stock is low because of Covid. Really? Other stores like Home Goods and Target are not having any problems being fully stocked and having good selections. If I have to go to Bed and Bath again I will shop at the Torrance location as the Hawthorne location has a much higher tax than other stores. It's 1.25% percent higher than the surrounding area. In addition to there being poor selection, I visited the ladies room and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was no toilet paper no seat protectors dirty paper towels were thrown on the floor the trash cans were full.
