Bed bath and beyond is no longer one of my favorite stores to shop at. The return policy has gone downhill. I tried returning a $700 espresso machine that stopped working in less than a year and they refused to return it and told me to contact the manufacture. The manufacturer charges a minimum$ 200.00 Bed bath and beyond used to stand behind its merchandise.
Another incident, there was a rug for sale an area rug. It was a return from an online order. There is no description of the size of the rug. I asked the sales person to open it so I can see if there was any damage and see the size and they refused. And there was no return policy once the item was purchased.
I’m back to shopping at home goods!
