I've been going here for literally many decades. I really trust this place, and specifically Matt, for all my car repairs. I typically use the local dealer until the car starts aging, mainly for convenience, i.e. closer. Post Covid, though, the dealers have become add-on nightmares, IMHO, to make up for low new car inventory/sales. As a result, I am now driving the extra distance to service my newer workhorse car, since it is starting to hit major maintenance points. I also have previously used them to repair my stolen catalytic. The car would have been stuck at the dealer forever due to supply. Bedards found a 3rd party carb approved one and got it stickered officially. The only downside ever would be expect it to take a little longer than quoted, especially if a big or unknown type of job. The result of so many people trusting them is obviously they are very very busy. Just look at their parking lot on any day, lol. I just pad my timing expectations. The main thing is I always know the job will be done correctly and for a reasonable price, which is what matters the most anyway.

Returning customer. A while back I had Heico Sportiv exhaust system put in my Volvo wagon put by these guys. It required custom work and rear skirt modifications. It was a top notch work. Just this week I had to replace engine mounts in my VW Sportwagen after a minor incident and wear and tear. Matt was on top of from beginning until the end. Where official VW Services in OC were scratching their heads in confusion, trying to find a bigger, more expensive problem, without inspecting the car.
Bedard Automotive, on the other hand, was able not only pin point the problem but was also able to find correct parts (VW supplied wrong parts based on VIN!) and and installation procedures and fix the car in no time. Don’t waste your time and money fixing your cars at dealerships. Choose this shop instead. It’s a premium shop. You’ll see a lot of cool cars. I counted a couple of 911s, corvettes. Matt actually drove tested the car and researched all possible options before we moved on. The car runs great. Their customer service and front desk/scheduling is also excellent. I work on my cars myself and I appreciate a shop that can talk with me and discuss how they’ll fix the problem. Nicely done! Thank you!
