I got a quote for bee removal and tried to schedule an appointment but never got a reply back. The first time, he sent a text saying he was busy and could not keep corresponding and asked me to text him Sunday if I still needed. I thought his response sounded a little bit rude considering that I was straight forward and as soon as I got the quote I just tried to scheduled the appointment, but decided to give him the benefit of doubt because sometimes text messages can't be misinterpreted. When I texted him back with my schedule asking if he would be available he never replied. Terrible way to treat a customer. Would give him zero stars!
