First of all, are you calling your customer a Liar??? I gave an honest review and now you say i wasnt there??? Seriously, you need to learn some business etiquette. I booked an appointment in the morning for that same day at 2 pm. YES, it was your Salon. Stop shifting blame!
Was here yesterday. I had the Spa Pedicure. I look forward to the massage part of the Pedicure and she barely even rubbed the hot rocks on me let alone even massage me. Oh wait, she did for about 15 seconds per leg with one hand. 😳 She barely spoke 2 words to me. She was not friendly at all and rushed through the whole thing. My nail polish is coming off and i had to redo my heals in the shower this morning because they were rough. Totally not worth $70. I've had three times better service for $30. The whole experience was quite disappointing. Especially after reading such great reviews. Will not be returning. Totally unsatisfied. BIG FAT 0
