The people who work here are very rude. I made a reservation to pick up a uhaul. When I came at 1:30 pm, the time of my reservation, no one was there. I had to wait for over an hour for the gentleman to return. Then when I returned the uhaul, on a Sunday as scheduled but earlier in the day, I was accosted by a Karen who was rude and very unprofessional. I will never rent a uhaul from here again.

I rented here for about 9 months as I was looking and moving into a bigger place. They were great! I love the facility, big and clean. My sister went with me once expecting it to be creepy...far from it.
After I moved procrastinated on moving out. I thought I should make it coincide with the monthly billing. Turns out I not need to wait. They offered a refund for unused days and I promptly received a check about a week later. That was a nice little bonus.

Super accommodating and flexible storage. Staff here are friendly and ready to help. I needed a U-Haul and a storage and they provided me with a cost-effective solution all in one place one visit! It's always good to support local business. I'd definitely recommend this storage to anybody or any business needing reliability. ✅✅✅
