Booked the hotel 🏢 3 months in advance, as it was the best price-quality offer for Twanoh Park. The room is small, we had 2 beds. 🛏️The towels were fresh🧺. There were three of us traveling with an 11-year-old child and 2 dogs. 🦮🐕(. An additional fee for animals is charged in the amount of $ 20 per night for 1 animal). There were only 2 cups ☕️ for coffee in the room. I went down to the office to ask for an additional cup for tea, but I was not able to get it 😩We drank coffee in turns, which turned out to be a little inconvenient 🤪🤷♀️. Then we went to explore the sights around and my car 🚙 showed a sign of problems with the engine 🫣😭🤯🤯🤦♀️. We had to urgently call the dealer and sign up for diagnostics. When we called the hotel at 10.30 (before the check-out time at 11 am) and said that we needed to cancel the room reservation due to force majeure, we were denied a refund 💵 for the reservation for the next 2 days 😩🤯🤷♀️. We had to find out the reason for the refusal and it was unpleasant 🤦♀️😭. We understand that small businesses have problems, but we also understand that force majeure situations can happen, like what happened to us. In the end, we got our money back for 1 night and an additional fee for animals, but our mood was completely ruined 😩. The road home took 2 times longer, since we had to stop often due to engine problems 🤪😩😭. I would like to recommend that those working in the hotel be more loyal to visitors and pay attention to dusty baseboards and ventilation hoods.

My room was charming, clean, and in great condition. The dark hardwood floors are a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location too -- just a 1/2 mile to grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful location.

This place wouldn't be so bad if the owner was a straight forward guy cause for someone of his so-called class he sure did rob me for 100 dollars on my deposit he was blaming my card company but after investigating it I come to find out he's the one who was lying about the money only so he could keep it. I mean 100 dollars isn't much unless you don't have much like me which I was really needing that money back but no Tee is his name decided that he needed it more then me when I did nothing wrong even took out all my trash to the dumpster so for him to be that way really blew my mind so low score here from me. P.s. don't be such a dirt bag Tee I got the prove you stole my money but can't do nothing about except write these reviews which I intend on doing so until I feel the message is out there.
