Excellent service - knowledgeable and friendly. Joe had detailed answers for all my questions, and even told me which additional questions I ought to be asking.

Called them because I needed a replacement pull cord for my Stihl blower. I told them the model number and they said they had the cord I needed so I drove over there to get it. When I arrived they realized they actually didn't have the right size cord so they tried to sell me another size and told me "It'll probably work fine." No thanks! I'll stick to the specifications that Stihl started with. Anyway, I ended up having to drive all the way to Gardenland in Campbell where they actually had the part I needed. I'm pretty frustrated that I wasted my time with the idiots at turf and industrial.

Oh and to top all that off, the old grump that tried to sell me the wrong size cord must have judged me as some young fool because he tried to con me into paying him to replace the pull cord by telling me some B.S. about how my model of blower has some fancy dual spring mechanism for the pull cord that I won't be able to handle if I haven't dealt with it before. Which of course was a complete LIE!! I JUST REPLACED THE PULL CORD IN 5 MIN! And that's a LOT LESS time than I WASTED dealing with Turf and Industrial Equipment.

Had the part I needed which apparently I could have gotten at Lowe's for cheaper. Next time I'll deal with Lowe's. They need to know every detail about your tractor before they sell you anything. So if you choose then better know your make, model, part number if you have it, and any other information. Not everyone is that detail oriented and just know the part they need. Slightly rude about me not knowing the model of 20 year old mower I have also. At least they had the part.
