Appliance service man was rude, unprofessional, belligerent and didn’t virtually nothing. He was at my house for about 10 minutes a took a quick look at the back of my range and looked at the power cord and said you need an electrician and proceeded to say I owed him a payment for the service call. I don’t even remember seeing him have any tools or a tool box. They were wrong about my warranty and charged me later finding out they were wrong. I told them I was under warranty. The service man said it’s our policy, we charge for service visits, even though I explained I had a warranty and it is good for another year. Secretary admitted they were wrong, but stopped short of apologizing for repair man’s behavior, rudeness, sarcasm and unprofessional manner. I told her I told the repair man I am under a three year warranty, she said we can’t take the customer’s word for it. Wow, I thought how horrible this company and experience has been. I had to do a stop payment because the repair man insisted there was a payment. One of the company’s secretaries and the boss; no one offered to reimburse me the stop payment fee I was charged by my bank. I will never deal with them again and if I need service on my range, I will definitely make sure I get a competent company, that believes their customer’s word and does the job without being unprofessional and nasty only caring about money and getting out of a house with a check in their hand without any work done. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone; I don’t care how long they’ve been in business. They only care about their money, not customers.

They are very helpful and efficient. The man that came to repair my dishwasher was very polite, kept his work area very clean and immediately found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them!
