I had a flat tire on my way home from work. Ben stopped to see if he could help. He changed my tire for me and had me on my way in no time. I know this has nothing to do with photographs, but it certainly shows the integrity and what a caring person the owner is. In this busy world he took the time out to help another. Thank you Ben. I just had a wonderful experience with Bell Studios. I had not gotten either of my daughter’s photos for the last several years. Don’t know why other than it didn’t happen. Now that my oldest daughter is graduating high school, I need photos. They not only helped me with finding past years photos but helped me locate the other studios who had done previous years. Amazing customer service!

My son’s background was wrong when we received it. So I emailed Bell Imaging about correcting the background. They were quick to respond and gave me all the information I needed to get it fixed. They gave me the option to personally bring the pictures in or send it to them. I decided to personally take them into the office. When I arrived there was someone at the desk and she was super friendly! All smiles which made the process so much more better. They gave me no issues about it and confirmed my address and I was on my way. Super painless and worth the drive in my opinion. Thank you Bell Imaging and staff for the wonderful customer service. I am one happy mama.
