I would highly recommend the staff of the Bell store at Hillside Mall. After a horrible experience with the Bell staff through the call centre, I ventured into the store. One of the staff there, Jeremy, was absolutely outstanding in listening to my issues and helping me. If all my Bell experiences had been like that, I wouldn't have switched to a different provider. Well done, Jeremy, and thank you!!

Jeremy was so so helpful when I went to the Hillside location to switch over my phone plan to Bell. Not only was he super thorough and answered all questions I had, but he was also super friendly throughout the entire experience. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!!

Tragic store and employees. Transfered my son's phone onto his own plan....three weeks later, no data! Absolutely no help from the store staff, had to phone Bell directly and wait on hold for ever to get the problem resolved. Can't see why this is the lowest grossing Bell store in Victoria!?!?
